Very bad response from application

This is by far the worst turf booking app I’ve ever used. The UI is slow, buggy, and confusing. It constantly crashes, and half the time, my bookings don’t even get confirmed properly. I showed up at the turf only to find out my slot wasn’t reserved, even though I was charged for it! Customer support is useless—they take forever to respond and don’t offer any real solutions. The payment system is also a mess, with random charges and no easy refund process. Avoid this app at all costs!
