Ordering is easy!
Very easy to order just need to mention chips are in a kebab roll meal. And you have to leave instructions for chicken salt or plain salt.

Better than using Menulog
I prefer to order directly through the Turkish 2 Go app than through menulog. I find it’s more prompt and the store has called me directly to query an order once or twice. Great service, great app(that gives the same effect as any other delivery app).

Great app. Super easy to set up and the menu is accurate and easy to customise your order as if speaking it aloud
Awkward app
The ordering app is very awkward, time consuming and not user friendly at all. The bad app design and architecture leads to a large amount of data being double stored and makes the ordering process frustrating.
Love the food hate the app
Love that there is such a huge selection but navigating the menu when you're looking for something you haven't ordered before is tedious. A search function or some other assistance navigating the list would be very welcome.

1/ I want to just pay not try find my card for the CSV please remove that dumb forced option
2/ Pizza menu should not have the lrg med sml glu on that page. I’m looking at a menu of choices I don’t want to see 4x the page length because every choice is by size, make that the next option like you do for the rest of it.
3/ Photos would be nice.
4/ I remember the first version and it was so much better then this, I was hoping over time it would be cleaned up but it’s just ignored.

The app was good
This app worked perfectly before now I can’t even log in as there is no way for me to be able to agree to the terms after I log in have just had to go back to using the website please fix this issue
Great before update. Terrible app now.
Since the update 2 weeks ago the app is terrible. Everything was perfect before the recent update.
Now you get logged out all the time so you can’t quickly place an order. Additionally the way the menu shows up is painful to go through as every detail is fully expanded. The forgot password function also does not work. I was trying to place an order but could not. I resorted to using MenuLog which was easy and worked, however probably takes more margin from the business so would prefer not to order that way.
