How often do I have to subscribe?
i paid for a one week subscription about 8 hours ago. I made a video. I went back to make more and I am being told I need to subscribe again. Less than one day later. I have the receipt that shows I paid for a one week subscription that renews on 8/15. The support page is not in English so I don’t know how to get help. I scored 2 stars because I love the video. Otherwise it would only be 1 star. How can I get help with my subscription?

I had seen another review and I thought it was just a one-time issue, but I can confirm that this app does not work. It will charge you money and then the subscription will not show up. No matter what you try. I have tried everything so I am warning, everyone else that this app is just a scam.
