It did its job but something wasn’t working

So the app said what it would do and it gave me a Live Photo but when I tried to do my wallpaper it wasn’t working it wouldn’t let me turn on the live it said this motion doesn’t work or something like that I also have the I phone 14 plus so I’m not sure what’s going on

Why

I seriously need an answer, why would this app be a purchase if I don’t have a cc on file ? Yet it had a cloud like it was already in my cloud storage. I looked at the app but when I seen that it displayed unsafe, Since I did not have a payment mode on file, I removed it but as soon as I put my phone back on there it is. I don’t want it, it’s already a problem
