Turnsweep – Simple cleaning

Turnsweep turns the booking calendar you already publish into a cleaning schedule, hands each turnover to your cleaner with a checklist attached, and brings back photographs that it was done. Built for short-term rental hosts who manage their own places on Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or anything else that publishes an iCalendar feed. No spreadsheet. No group chat where the address is three messages above the time. Free for one property, with every feature on it, permanently. THE SCHEDULE BUILDS ITSELF Connect the calendar export from Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or any iCalendar source Every changeover becomes a turnover carrying the checkout time, the next arrival, and how long the clean should take A booking made overnight is on the schedule by morning, without anybody opening the app Same-day changeovers are flagged before the day arrives, because the tight ones are the ones that go wrong Bookings become cleans ninety days out and no further, so a year of calendar does not become a year of noise YOUR CLEANER GETS THE JOB, NOT YOUR ACCOUNT Invite a cleaner with a link or a QR code, and neither of you types an email address They see the work assigned to them, the address, the window and the list, and nothing else about your properties Name a default cleaner on a property and new bookings go to them automatically A backup cleaner catches a refusal without you being asked Cleaners never pay, on either plan CHECKLISTS, WITH PHOTOGRAPHS Build the list once for each property, grouped by room Any task can require a photograph before it can be ticked off Photographs are taken in the app and arrive with the finished clean A task the cleaner could not do is marked as such, with a reason, instead of left blank and unexplained IT WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL Everything is stored on the device first and syncs when there is a connection Basements, stairwells and rural properties included A clean is never lost because the wifi was not there THE RECORD AFTERWARDS Every finished clean keeps what was ticked, what could not be, the photographs, and the conversation about it Stamped with whoever finished it Inventory counts drawn down as stock is used, so you know before you run out WHAT IT COSTS Free covers one property with every single feature on it, permanently. No card to add and nothing counting down. Turnsweep is $14.99 a month or $149.99 a year, and the only thing paying changes is the number of properties you can keep. Cleaners never pay, on either plan. There is no advertising in Turnsweep and there never will be. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
