Again more problems.
I bought one from the store and connects to each other but then I’d pair it to my phone and would but then there was zero response from the controllers. Tbh quite disappointing. Now have to spend extra money on the other controller set.
Design problems
Not too many problems, just needs a design change more modern, the current design isn’t bad, it feels laggy.

After buying a controller to play pubg on my cell better. Spent $60. When it got here had no actual instructions. And the app was even worse! The app doesnt do anything just like the controller. What a sham!

This app is very useful for me, my left trigger keeps clicking no matter what i do, but thanks to this app i was able to adjust its sensitivity
Turtle Beach Atom Controller
The Left side had a solid red light while charging while the Right side didn’t light up at all when I pressed the home button and menu button both sides came on However the Right side shut completely off while the Left side blinked blue then turned white so I put it back to charge and the Left side was solid red while the Right side still didn’t light up solid red or green and my understanding is that once the controller is charged both sides should be a solid green color my question is while it’s charging shouldn’t both sides be a solid red light well I don’t know what’s wrong with the right side but it doesn’t appear to be charging at all I tried the reset button on the right side nothing happened so when I tried the reset button on the left side it went blink for a few seconds and then turned back on to green

Constantly disconnecting
My second Atom. Literally disconnects every 10-30 seconds. Have updated the firmware. Apple 16 pro max. Stay away from this controller and app. I can connect to backbone and an Xbox controller without issues.

My atom does not connect to app which is a bummer because atoms aren’t cheap
Return it asap
I have had the atom controller for iOS since it was released. I have had it already replaced due to the right not syncing to the left. When playing games like CODM, when you aim the joystick goes to the sky or floor making you lose every time. I have tried everything to make this work and frankly it is junk.

A few problems but good
The app itself is very basic and does not offer much. The controller itself is really good but has a few issues in general. For me, it’s been shutting off by itself for no reason once it drops below 90%. It has a bit of connectivity issues and sometimes the joysticks will not register any left side movement at all. The app does not reflect this but when playin, only right movement or look works while left does not respond at all. Both the app and controller could use a lot of work. I also find it hard to believe that the controller came up to date straight out of the box.

No games appear on the Game Discovery tab
So I just downloaded the app because I purchased the Atom controller for ios. I tried playing minecraft but from time to time there was a delay from when I moved the joystick and the game actually registered it. Then I was gonna search for other game to see if the problem persisted but the screen was bugged from the main menu and entering the Game Discovery tab showed no games but if I randomly clicked the screen it took me to the app store to a random game. The apps are not visible but the links are active when you click the screen. I'm on an iphone 15 pro max.
