My headphones constantly disconnect from my ps5 and ruin every game I play
Straight up just doesn’t connect at all
I literally have it connected to my phone, paired up and everything but the app can’t “find my device”

When listening to anything, there’s a static chop going in and out no matter what you do. Update the firmware. Restart it. Unplug it. Change the battery. Go wired.. it does not go away

Application qui ne trouve pas mon casque ( stealth 700 Gen 2) qui est pourtant bien connecté à mon téléphone.
Impossible de le mettre à jour via un PC car ça me met un problème d’internet alors que je suis connecté 🙃.

The mic quality is horrible after update and mic volume keeps going down and not locked at 100% it's soo annoying and headset well not factory reset after doing the reset process please add a factory reset button that deletes the update version STEALTH PRO

Pro won’t even connect to my ps5
I have tired multiple times to connect and all I get is this accessory isn’t supported downloaded the app check for update didn’t get one at all tired connecting my phone to my ps5 to connect to it didn’t work ether and for those who get the pro just contact customer support or geek squad to help

The app is not user friendly and there are not as many settings as there used to be/should be and the headphones need to stop turning on my Xbox when I turn on the headphones - I looked it up and apparently there’s nothing to do except maybe a hard reset - that’s NOT giving the consumer full control over their property.
