Impossible de le mettre à jour via un PC car ça me met un problème d’internet alors que je suis connecté 🙃.

I have tired multiple times to connect and all I get is this accessory isn’t supported downloaded the app check for update didn’t get one at all tired connecting my phone to my ps5 to connect to it didn’t work ether and for those who get the pro just contact customer support or geek squad to help

The app is not user friendly and there are not as many settings as there used to be/should be and the headphones need to stop turning on my Xbox when I turn on the headphones - I looked it up and apparently there’s nothing to do except maybe a hard reset - that’s NOT giving the consumer full control over their property.

I have a turtle beach stealth x700 generation 3. I attempted to connect beaches im tired of hearing myself through the mic monitoring system. Tried connecting through the generation 2 and gen 2 max, didn’t work. Tell me why you have a generation 3 but not an option for it? I’ve attempted going through the Xbox and turning mic monitoring off that way, but yet I can’t.

The worst headset I have ever bought I had got the stove 700 GEN two max and have had nothing but problems with them since I had bought them always have static and connection issues. I wrote turtle Beach about it several times and still have not heard back over a year later.
