Headset chat dial issue
The reason I downloaded this app was to deal with a mechanical issue with my headset itself. They have the dial that you can customize with this app for different applications. It defaults to chat volume. The dial on the headset commonly fails and doesn’t properly allow for the user to adjust it. It registers that it is at max volume but it isn’t and you have to press down on the dial while rotating it for it to work and it isn’t really frustrating to get people audible. I was hoping the app would allow to adjust this volume by hand but it doesn’t. All you can do is switch the dial to control something else, which means if the chat volume is low and you can’t hear anyone you have to fight with the dial and all you can do is then switch it to a different function so you don’t accidentally mess with it and have to repeat the process. But when you play again with your friends it will have reset where the chat volume was and then you have to mess with it again. Which now requires you to go into the app and change the function of the dial again just to change it back. I loved my headset until this but since the app doesn’t allow for this simple control function and it’s a mechanical issue on their end I have given it 1 star.

Static noise
When listening to anything, there’s a static chop going in and out no matter what you do. Update the firmware. Restart it. Unplug it. Change the battery. Go wired.. it does not go away

Impossible de le mettre à jour via un PC car ça me met un problème d’internet alors que je suis connecté 🙃.

I have tired multiple times to connect and all I get is this accessory isn’t supported downloaded the app check for update didn’t get one at all tired connecting my phone to my ps5 to connect to it didn’t work ether and for those who get the pro just contact customer support or geek squad to help

Horrible
The app is not user friendly and there are not as many settings as there used to be/should be and the headphones need to stop turning on my Xbox when I turn on the headphones - I looked it up and apparently there’s nothing to do except maybe a hard reset - that’s NOT giving the consumer full control over their property.
