My daughter purchased this app for apparently £0.99... just found out I have now been charged £45.00 from this app. There’s so many so called cheap apps out there who do this all the time.

I read the description but I should have read the other review. I feel I was duped. This is just videos, not a true app. I was under the impression that it was a video with the ability to do the programming too as it states in the description that "you will be given a task to do in scratch" no where does it state this does not actually come with Scratch. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!! Wish I could get my money back as my kiddo is never going to use this.

People! I thought this was an app to do scratch. Right? WRONG it's just a bunch of tutorials! Make sure to read stuff before getting the app! I didn't read it and wasted my money! It's a good app if you know what to spend ur money on! #lifelesson!

Good app, but takes WAY too long to download, while it downloads my iPhone gets REALLY slow.

Simply brilliant
Brilliant tutorial style app. Thank you. My daughter (aged 7) has independently worked her way through the tasks and games by running the app on the iPad alongside the laptop where she creates in Scratch. She watches and listens to the video tutorial, stops to copy the steps on the computer, then when she's got it, continues to the next step. Just like having a teacher in the room who works at your own pace. Lovely clear simple language and instructions and easy to follow steps to get you started. Well worth the very modest purchase price.

Always read what you're buying. This app is just videos of how to use the scratch tool. Found it kind of misleading.

This app is useless. It should say it's a tutorial video thing but it doesn't. I enjoy(ed) scratch and thought that this would be making a game or something but it's just a bunch of videos telling u how to make stupid games that I don't even want to make!!!! Very disappointed with this app and u shouldn't wast ur money on it.

Excellent!
A clearly presented series of presentations for which the author (despite some other reviewers comments) more than earns the 79p. My daughter (8) worked through these independently and had hours of fun creating the games. The scratch program is free online but until working through these presentations and despite being taught it at school, she was unaware of half the functions and features. Excellent resource and worth the money.
P.s. I'm guessing anyone who can read got this far! Those who can't keep up the negative reviews, the only one who looks foolish is you!

Screw this app first of all about that "🤔😏best app ever🤑😈" thing it is possibly the worst app ever not even exaggerating like god I'm not God help you if you rip people off like this again you are probably on the top 10 best selling apps in 14 countries because you ripped so many people like me off who thought my stupid PC has a virus I need a flash player to do it on my stupid iPod and my 3DS won't do me any good nether will my TV so screw my life OMG scratch on the iPod I need this soooo bad 6min later (crying) you ripped me off I thought you could code and the videos are probably the worst ones you could get on Google safari and even a free internet browser

Don't know why people are complaining, clearly says its video tutorials and they are good. Will be using with my students at our school, really easy to follow. Sure would be better if they were on YouTube though.

Full app took 2 hours to load on iPad. Still have no app just video tutorials with the addition of the option to 'buy for my school' in place of 'buy full app' and two frustrated screaming kids.
