I love Tutor Tracker. It is quick and easy to use. It has all my essential pupil contact details easily accessible as well as being very simple to add sessions. It enables me to send out an email to all my clients with their monthly booking invoices.
Another big advantage is that I am able to see how much I expect to earn during the month as well as summary of my monthly earnings however that does require me to go back in and amend any that cancel.

More features and functionality needed
Feature and functionality requests:
(1) ability to send reminder text messages or emails for scheduled tutor sessions.
(2) ability to customize invoices to state type of service rendered.

Love this app but it’s shutting down...
When I try to add sessions on my new iPhone 11. I couldn’t see a way to contact the developer so am trying through here.

Simple, intuitive and a very useful app!!!
This app is awesome. I have used many tutoring apps and have not quite found one that is as simple and as useful as this one. This is a well thought out app. 1) you can contact your students directly from the app. 2) Invoicing is as simple as a few clicks on the app and you can do it in less than min. 3) You can also add notes about your sessions. I have not found a more intuitive simple app to keep track of service sessions 4). You can send invoices directly from the app. This app is not only for tutors but for anyone who needs to keep track of their services. Counsellors, babysitters, tutors, landscapers, house keepers take note. This app with save you time and money. No more flipping through notes, calendars and text messages to invoice your clients.

Great potential but....
I like that I can keep track of when I see my students and keep personal information all in one place. I like the user friendliness of this app. I don't like that the invoice portion doesn't come out right. No matter how I input. It doesn't give any totals. Hours or flat rate shows up as 0 once it's paid but doesn't reflect what's been paid. I was hoping that at some point there would be updates to the app but none. I've noticed there have not been many reviews on this app. I hope this review was constructive.
