Mejorar los diseños formato de hora
Solo hay 3 diseños de formato de hora, deberían implantar más, además de dejar que se pueda adicionar otras aplicaciones con el teléfono, a comparación de otras marcas debería de estar a la vanguardia de los smart phone. No hay actualizaciones

Llevo usando el reloj hace 2 años, pero ahora no lo reconoce mi celular, aparece el error solicitud error te tiempo de espera agotado, no sé que está pasando?

No deja sincronizar, se queda en “se produjo un error de red” por tal motivo no puedo usar el reloj

La aplicación arroja un error de “solicitud de red tiempo de espera agotado” y no deja ingresar ni sincronizar ningún dispositivo
Reloj no sincroniza
Mi tuw Smart Watch no sincroniza, la aplicación no entra para poder modificar hora y demás. Al iniciar sale una ventana con el anuncio de tiempo agotado o algo así. Quw se puede hacer? Habrá una actualización de la aplicación o alguna recomendación de que hacer ?
App stopped working
My app stopped working. I can’t log in so I can sync my watch and the watch is not showing the correct time now. It seems to lose several minutes per day until it is synchronized with the app. Now the watch is 30 minutes off. The only reason I’m still wearing it is so I can track my steps even though I can’t see past days activities. Very disappointing.

App does not work!
App doesn't work! Every time I try to create an account, the app says network error. Try again later. That was 3 weeks ago, it still doesn't work.
What is up with this?
My app just stopped working out of nowhere. It doesn’t let me log in or change the password or anything so that means my watch is useless as well 🫠.
Problem
There’s something going on with the app because it won’t let me log in to pair my watch with my new phone.

No llegan ni mensajes de wsp ni ningún tipo de notificación y la configuración está bien.
