Buggy App
The scroll to continue doesn’t work sometimes. Sometimes the app can’t access my camera even though it did a few minutes ago. I do know not trust it with my money. Support is also slow. I can’t link my bank either, so my money is somewhat stuck
Absolutely Amazing!
I have never instantly loved an app as much as I do with Tuyo! I originally saw the Buy Now, Pay Maybe thing and thought "oh, cool gimmick" assuming maybe after shopping a year a small purchase may be free or something. Boy was I ever WRONG! Third purchase I ever made with the card got covered, free dinner. Absolutely amazing! I originally joined for the self custody of your money aspect which I also love, but wow, thank you guys! This app and the support are amazing! You guys rock!

Bad support and Link verification problems
I used Tuyo during the initial promotions with cashback, but whatever recent verification via Link has been done does not allow me to add more funds to my account. Support is unresponsive and treats this with no urgency. I deleted my account. If it’s not urgent to allow me to use your product, you don’t need my money.

sent $20. they had me verify my everything to do so. they wanted me to verify again. i did. they rejected it. i did it again. they rejected it. so these guys are just holding onto 20 dollars they won’t let me send back to myself. what a waste of a morning i’m on the phone with my bank

Unable to setup account
On the account setup page where it asks for SSN the keypad blocks the button to submit it and there’s no way yo minimize the keypad. Using on iphone.

I had a great experience using the app, just had a little inconvenience which was a referral of mine used the ref link and i didnt get the referral added, and it is a referral which would bring me a lot of points and indirect referrals. I tried to contact support but they didn’t help much. Any help on this?
