Adding service provider to apple tv
In America or US store they have the option to add their TV provider directly to apple TV and they can watch all channels subscribe which eliminates the need of cable box and using one source to watch all apple tv with other TV provide (Showtime,HPO,etc)
Please add this function as i belive UAE no 1 provider is Etisalat and they have the Technology and understanding with apple to make this work like USA best of luck

App doesn’t work
Another stupid app by Etisalat that doesn’t allow users to login. Tried all kinds of combinations to login, but cannot. Useless app.

Doesn’t work
Tried to reset password and when they send the new password it doesn’t work. Waste of money every month and this option doesn’t work
Disaster support
After reseting the password. U can’t log in to your elife on profile since the Admin PIN is required. e& didn't provide the Admin PIN and the virtual assistance is a disaster and useless. U will never be able to talk to a human to at least solve the problem. What a waste of time.

Etisalat services are dramatically overpriced and on top the app doesn’t work at all!!!!!
Too expensive and iphone app is so bad
I could never get through to real support to solve my problems, just this useless automated macine! It's way too expensive for what they offer, and iphone app is very bad.

Subtitles and audio not working
Subtitles and second sound not working in movies and no casting service to chromecast
No way to register or log on
The first screen asks for user name and password but does not say anything about registration or how to get log on details. Without these useless

Apple TV Support
Much better if you can develop an app for apple tv for this.

Not bad but we need Apple TV apps. Like du they got one and works on all apps stores.
Useless
It doesn’t work. Etisalat is charging customers for eLife but the app does not on any Apple devices. I just can’t believe that not even one of the Etisalat management tried to use the app and was happy with it.
