Awful design
Previous app even though wasn’t the best but yet you could browse live tv channels and select desired channel. But with this new TV app its kind of NOT there, you have to scroll TV schedule then click on View Full Schedule.. then you might need a magnifying glass and scroll to see channel logo and keep repeating if you want to switch channels. Please redesign the app and make it simple to browse, also separate tv channels browsing from tv schedule. Reduce number of click to reach tv channels to 1 click.

Unusable since recent update
App was working fine until a few days ago when the introduced a completely new version. Since then it’s a complete mess. Cannot find the channel line up. No easy restarting a live show, etc. Why do you change a working system to something unusable?

Adding service provider to apple tv
In America or US store they have the option to add their TV provider directly to apple TV and they can watch all channels subscribe which eliminates the need of cable box and using one source to watch all apple tv with other TV provide (Showtime,HPO,etc)
Please add this function as i belive UAE no 1 provider is Etisalat and they have the Technology and understanding with apple to make this work like USA best of luck

Not a Good tv app
Am very surprised that a respectable company like e& is having this app with so many issues, the channels hangs a lot, the app crashes while trying to select something and error messages appears when trying to see a channel. I have tried logging out and back in but same problem appeared again

Another stupid app by Etisalat that doesn’t allow users to login. Tried all kinds of combinations to login, but cannot. Useless app.

We pay so much and can’t give us Apple TV app
The app is very broken. poor UI. poor quality. on top of that no support for Apple TV. It’s an app for enjoying on TV, and people love watching it on big screen. Yes you can Airplay but kills the whole point.
Doesn’t allow to login
Keeps saying wrong password even after resetting and trying with default reset password

Tried to reset password and when they send the new password it doesn’t work. Waste of money every month and this option doesn’t work
Disaster support
After reseting the password. U can’t log in to your elife on profile since the Admin PIN is required. e& didn't provide the Admin PIN and the virtual assistance is a disaster and useless. U will never be able to talk to a human to at least solve the problem. What a waste of time.

where is the apple tv version ??? its available on all devices where you do not need it and its not available on the only device where it will make sense ! its even available on vision os for the glasses where almost nobody will use it but not for apple tv or other tv boxes where people really need it and will use it ! this is a joke

app is not working really horrible to handle the app.worst experience.etisalat please focus to rectify things.we are unable to use the mobile application.when i entered pin it shows again it shows please entered pin.if you want to provide quality service please provide to cx. but irritatate clients.

One Solution to Login Problems
Instead of the re-set password they give you (1111) use the 4-digit pin you had set up on the Etisalat app. This worked for me. If you can’t remember the Etisalat pin, have Etisalat reset that. Once you get in, the app is decent, though it does not have all the channels you have subscribed to. Best of luck!

Worst App
The app works very well but I have one question my elife almost have all channels why am not getting any of them in this App I think Etisalat should work on it At least if am out I can easily watch my channels💯 thank you
