TV Karten funktioniert nicht mit der aktuellen iOS Version
Die Karten sehen auf einem TV Gerät sehr schön aus und die App hat Potential. Leider sieht es so aus, als würde die Software nicht mehr unterstützt. Auf Apple TV läuft sie auf dem iPhone und dem iPad startet sie nicht.
Super altes Kartenmaterial.
Leider sind die Karten ziemlich alt.

Gute App. Leider crashed die App wenn sie zum neuen Ziel fliegt auf dem Apple TV 4K. Wenn man die App dann erneut startet und das Ziel wählt , geht es. Bitte fixen.
Geldverschwendung, funktioniert nicht
Eine bzw. mehrere Routen können erstellt werden. Eine von den Varianten zu einem Ziel kann nicht ausgewählt und an das Telefon übertragen werden. Die App bricht einfach ab und verweigert ab dann den Dienst.
Coole App
Gute App zur Verwendung auf dem TV mit Apple TV. Leider ist das Kartenmaterial nicht aktuell. Mit aktuellem Kartenmaterial würde ich 5 Sterne geben. Wann ist mit einem Update zu rechnen?

Prima Idee - Funktioniert leider nicht mehr zuverlässig
Die Apple-Karten auf dem Apple TV: prima Idee. Eine Strecke an das iPhone zu übergeben funktioniert aber leider nicht mehr: die App stürzt auf dem ATV dabei ab.
Very Difficult to Use
This is the poorest map app available. Very hard to control on Apple TV, in fact impossible. Use Apple Maps on iPhone iPad or Apple computer. You will spend a long time just getting to where you want to go. You can not search for address. You must guide cursor to spot. Do not waste your time. This app needs capability to search for address to work. And that is not possible with Apple TV.

3D-Karten funktionieren nicht
In der Beschreibung der App werden die von Apple Maps bekannten 3D-Karten angepriesen, in der App funktionieren diese allerdings nicht. Es werden lediglich 2D-Karten dargestellt.
Auch für die Fly-over-Funktion werden nur Draufsichten angeboten.

Hallo lucidos, Besteht das Problem weiterhin? Vermutlich gab es ein Problem mit dem Apple TV 4K und 3D Karten. Dies sollte nun behoben sein. Viele Grüße, Arno

After thoroughly testing this app I have found it to be exceptionally good for trip planning, particularly in concert with the iPhone/iPad app. Highly recommended for trip planning anywhere in the world.

This works nicely for a quick view of locations that I can share visually with others.

Poor
A nice idea but poorly executed. Navigation is difficult. There are controls at the top & bottom of the screen but it is not clear how to bring up the bottom controls. You can not zoom into the map to the same degree you can with apple maps and you can not select between the three suggested routes when displaying directions (it seems to pick the worst route). In theory you can send directions to your iDevice using this app but why would you want to?

navigation on the TV is so difficult it seems impossible to use. The use of the TV app is so unintuitive there must be a steep learning curve because I can’t even use it. the iPad app just sits there with a blank white screen. disappointingly useless.

Super Umsetzung
der Karten-API. Der Entwickler setzt hier auf die Schnittstelle die Apple für seinen Kartendienst bereitstellt und bietet damit ein Apple Maps für den AppleTV 4 an. Simple Idee, aber muss halt erstmal jemand umsetzen. Die Bedienung ist nicht unbedingt intuitiv, funktioniert aber gut wenn man sie verstanden hat.

Bedienung nicht optimal trotzdem TOP
Bedienung auf dem Apple TV ist gewöhnungssache aber ansonsten wenn man den Dreh raus hat läuft alles top die Übertragung zur iPhone ist sehr schnell. Und kein extra kosten für Apple TV App wenn man diese kauft. Entwickle die App weiterhin dann gehört sie bald zu den TOP Apps im Store

Die App lässt sich kaum sinnvoll auf ATV4 bedienen. 1,99 für umsonst. 😡
