Doesn’t work
I’ve been charged for a “free” app useless doesn’t work and can’t find anyway of cancelling subscription been in touch with my bank and they are useless too

Lost remote
I was trying to use this because I lost my remote and even after paying the fee it still didn’t work. Kept saying unable to connect although my tv was connected
Impossible to cancel!
Under their terms of use, they say that you can manage your subscription within the app and through your Apple subscriptions. You can’t do either of these things. I have emailed them and gotten no response. I absolutely want a refund as this is blatant misguiding information.
