My phone remote does not work
My phone remote that I am paying $9.99 a week for does not work. It will get me to my apps, Netflix or Hulu but then it doesn’t work from there and there’s nobody to complain to! Do not ever sign up for this thanks a lot Roku or should I say thanks for nothing except taking my money every week.
Doesn’t work if you lost your remote
This does not work if you have misplaced your physical remote. The tv makes you select “allow” for the app to work. How do you select allow if you don’t have the physical remote?

Left my tv remote when moving. Decided to look for alternatives. This app is $9.99 a week…. That’s $520 dollars a year to have a remote app. My tv cost $200. Please don’t ever consider using this. Just buy a new remote or even a new tv
