I downloaded the app because I lost the remote control for my TV but it then asked me to approve the connection… And given I don’t have a remote, I couldn’t do that! Deleted the app immediately..
Need to work on multifunctionality
Make each DVD or file player easy to navigate the special features and such, charge $0.99 and give me $0.00369 cents per download please.

LG should give it to their customer free of charge instead of taking so mich of the amount . N if not so they should provide lg remote for 3 months free n if the customer is satisfied will be paying after that.
Useless
I lost my remote control that’s why I downloaded this app. In order to use this app you first need to approve access on your tv which I can’t do because I do not have my remote. Do not bother downloading this app, it is useless and it is not free either.
Universal remote control
Subscription and remote are so easy to use. I only found this app after my google Crome remote stopped working. I also get to spend the $200 apple gift card I haven’t been able to use on my subscription. I saw you have an indefinite one for $49 ??? But now I can’t find it .

Misleading
Says you don’t need WiFi to connect to the TV. As I’m sure that’s the problem many people are running into. Not only do you have to sign up for a 3-day trial for a ridiculous subscription, when you go to connect to the TV it says the TV and Phone must be on same network. Don’t advertise no WiFi when it needs WiFi.
