I need a subscription just to press left and right it is stupid.
Fix issue asap
I pay for subscription and the app will randomly disconnect and take ten minutes to respond even after closing app completely and having to reconnect. When it works properly it’s great. If it was free I would not complain but I paid so there’s no excuse for it.

Terrible waste money
Worked initially and then stopped working. Wouldn’t connect … nothing I did allowed it to work. What a waste. I’d like a refund.

REMOVE THE REVIEW POP UP!
It’s a decent app and works with all TVs I have. It does however cut out often. It never used to do this. Have to refresh frequently.
If the review pop up can just disappear once the review is written then I’d change it to 5 star. I will remove a star every time I get the pop up to write a review.
The remote function is good but cuts out often even if you pay for it. The stupid pop up to write a review even after paying for the app and writing a review needs to go away. The review pop up slows its functionality as you have to wait for it to load and then dismiss it before using the app.
Really getting frustrated with the review pop up.

There is also no easy way to switch between the tv remotes for different TVs .
Unsure what the difference is between the two yearly subs I thought one was a lifetime. It is not easy to cancel the sub at all.
