Please help

First, I LOVED the original TV Time app! Hands down best app for tracking all your shows and movies! I’m thrilled you’ve created a new app! I’ve downloaded some of the alternatives that were suggested online and honestly, they are the worst.
Here’s the issue, I missed the memo that I needed to download my shows so I could import them :(

I have not deleted the original app. Is there a way to get all my programs info so I can import it to your new app? Fingers crossed you can help! Thanks!

Thank you for your feedback! Go over your profile, scroll to the bottom and click Import > Other options. You will be able to use a tool to extract the cache data from your old app and import it to ours

WE ARE NOT THE OLD TV TIME APP!!! This is not our fault, they shut down and left. Contact support@tv-time.org with the email you signed up. Plenty of users are getting the email just fine every minute

Account with Facebook

When I first signed up, I logged into TV Time using my Facebook account, but that feature isn't available on this app. Could you please add Facebook synchronization so I can recover my account?

Your are mistaken. We are not the original TV time, they shut down and left without notice. You need to create a new account

Absolutely love

I was so sad when the previous tv time shut and I tried so many other apps. I imported my old tv data from a file that I was able to create before the old app shut down and it transferred everything but the movies. Th latest update made this app better because I was able to mark something as not currently watching so it isn’t up in my list of watching. I do have a suggestion. Once you’re all caught up on a season have it drop so it isn’t at the top. Only have what is new or hasn’t been watched at the top. This way you can concentrate on what you still have to watch.

Best TV tracker ever!!!!

I was so upset when the other tv time app shut down. I’m happy this one is now available I’ve tried other apps and this one has everything! I love the way it tracks the shows and helps you get back into stuff, how it’s updated if new seasons come out and just so much more. One thing I do miss about the previous app is that I was able to create different lists, I hope that comes back! 😁

Good alternative to the tv time app! Does this app notify you when the shows are on?

If you update to the last version (1.7.3) you will have notifications!

Love the app

I used to love the old Tv Time and was extremely sad it went out. But this app is almost perfect and makes me miss the old app a little less. A couple of suggestions:

1. Let us swipe on the list of in-progress shows to mark it as ‘watched’.
2. The in-progress list doesn’t account for time zone. I live in Bangladesh and we are 10 hrs ahead of the US. The app shows an episode as aired while the episode in fact hasn’t.

For your second point, we just pushed a fix to address that (restart your app). Please note that several shows/movies do not provide an exact release time (only a date) so some may still display early/late

Really nice app

Very nicely done, however Store screen is not working. It’s stuck at Stocking the Shelves

Hey, thank you for your feedback we will try to fix that. Could you add your device name and OS version? Today we roll out a new Trending page that will replace that button + push notifications, update your app to 1.7.3 to get it.

Please Consider

Great features. Would be perfect if I used a phone — has a lot of what I need. But I mainly use an iPad, and it just doesn't work well on it. Please optimize for iPad!

I’m glad to have a replacement for TV Time. I really miss that app and look forward to using this one. My only issue is the screen doesn’t reformat to my iPad’s screen size. It’s tiny like I’m looking at my phone.

Great app!

Really enjoying the app, the best alternative I’ve found to the old Tv Time. Easy to use, I like that everything is in a list and your most recently watched moves to the top. Would love to be able to track my rewatches too

Great alternative to Tv time

This is a great alternative to the tv time that shut down and left us all hanging. I’ve tried so many others and this is the only one that seems to be trying to have the same features. Thank you sooooo much! I just wish that eventually you’re able to have the same layouts as tv time. Please try to make it the same and continue to better it. I’d give it 5 stars if it were the same. Thanks for adding the comments!! That was one of my favorite things. Also, thanks so much for making it so easy to transfer my info. All the other apps make it way harder.

Suggestion to make the app better

Not a bad alternative for TV Time. I was so upset when I lost my progress on the old app. There are some stuff with the interface I would change.
1. Allow comments on the episodes. Show brief summary on each episode as well.
2. Wish the shows didn't appear just like a list but like on the old app - kind of like a grid. Then if you haven't watched a show in awhile it bides it from the screen (you have to scroll down to see it) but all the shows you are currently watching are showing up at the top and in a grid so you can see how many episodes of each you have to catch up on. Wish I had a screenshot to explain what I mean.
4/5 stars just because I don't like the interface but hopefully if the creators see my comment and take it into consideration, maybe can work on it and fix it.
