Great app! Questions about Pinkfong Wonderstar though...
I love the videos and songs, but when will we get the English version of Pinkfong Wonderstar? I’ve seen some of the episodes in Korean, and I love it, but I really want to see Pinkfong Wonderstar in English too. So, when will that be here?

How do I change the app to English???
Used to be great now it’s awful.
We purchased a smart study Pinkfong device that came with QR codes to play videos. They used to scan perfectly. Now I have to create a login to access them. Unfortunately I don’t have a Korean cell number and it’s not accepting a US cell phone number even with the proper country code. Please fix. We spent $60 on the device and QR codes and can’t use them. We’re so disappointed.

프로그램/채널이 많은건 좋은데
너무 많아서 보여주고 싶은 채널만 즐겨찾기/선호 채널 설정 하는 기능이 있으면 좋겠습니다
그래야 아이가 보여주는 채널에 집중해서 보게 됩니다 안그럼 다른거 막 누르게 되네요
화면 잠금 기능도 있었으면 좋겠습니다

disappointed
my son loves this app, and so do I, however I'm giving it only 3 stars for 2 reasons. One, I have noticed that the shows have been replaced by others that ain't as good, and now there's a lot more english shows too, when one of the main reasons we like this app was cause of the variety of Asian (mostly Korean) shows the app had and that are hard to find somewhere else. Second reason, I just made the monthly fee for the service of the app on the 16th of this month and today the 19th I cant watch anything, the app requires me to make one more payment... I hope this issues can be fixed ASAP

자꾸 취소가 되요.
일주일 사용후에 9.99 subscribe 하려는데 자꾸 취소가 된다고 뜨네요. 구입하기를 한 5번이상 했는데 카드번호 확인하고, 되었다고 뜨고나서 오케이 누르면 바로 취소 되었다는 창이 뜨고 안되네요
아이가 좋아하네요
아이폰에 깔아서 무료 프로그램만 아이 보여주다가, 아이가 좋아해서, 50%할인 이벤트 중인 구독도 하고, 핑크퐁 전용 아이패드 미니를 하나 구매해서 사용하고 있습니다. 프로그램 자체에 대한 만족도는 매우 높습니다. 약간의 버그가 있는 것 같은데, 아이폰에서 기존에 받은 어플에서는 로보카폴리나 또봇 같은 애니메이션이 열리는데, 새로 아이패드에서 받은 아이폰 티비에서는 해당 애니메이션들은 리스트에 나타나지 않습니다. 아이패드 어플에서만 생기는 일인가 해서 다른 아이폰에서 테스트 해봤는데 마찬가지로 리스트에서 없어졌네요. 새 어플의 오류로 판단됩니다. 곧 오류 수정 해주시겠지요?.
그리고 추가로 발견된 오류는, 영국 애플 아이디로 구독 신청을 하고서, 한국 애플 아이디로 어플을 다운로드 하면 구매내역 복원이 안됩니다. 반드시 구독한 아이디로 어플도 다운로드를 받아야만 하는 듯 하네요. 참고하세요.
