Does not work in UK
I bought the 3 month subscription and it took the money from me but wouldn’t let me log into my account. I contacted the TVALB assistance chat online, and I was told that TVALB does not offer services in Europe. They said they would refund me, so I hope they do.
But I’m not sure why it took the money if the services were not available to begin with?

Payment was processed but no access to service - they said they will contact me. Received a confirmation email with my password included in plain text - unacceptable. Tried to call customer service number and it says that I won an award and to press “1” - sounds like scam and not a serious company. Once you get to watch, it might be good, I don’t know yet.

Keeps getting stuck
I have tried to watch many games live, and recently it has been getting stuck every 30 seconds would love for this to change
Constant technical issues, expensive.
I prescribed for the TVAlb service for a year for $189.90 for the US/Canada region, advertised as a promotion. I have a steady 300 MB home internet but I constantly have technical issue for both the “Live” and the “catch-up” programs. The picture freezes, skips multiple minutes of the game and makes it annoying when important moments are missing. You cannot enjoy it. The customer service says the same thing over and over again: sorry, technical problem and no chance for a refund!! Avoid this company. P.S. they just reduced their price for $179.99, due to no public interest
