Immediate advertisement
The very first time launching this app, I was immediately presented with an ad! So I closed the app and delete it. I can imagine how many more ads I would need to endure if I were to use thus.

ads out of control
The app is not bad… there’s definitely room for improvement like favorites or watch list… but those ads are really getting out of control, it would not let ad run in back ground if you wanted to do something else… even if you hear the ads in the background is not enough… it forces you to watch the 3-5 ads…

No premium option for English captions
Lots of shows but it won’t remember where you left off, which is only available in TVB+. However I signed up for TVB+ and there is no support for English subtitles.
Love the movies, hates the adds, need improvements
There are plenty of movies to watch but the apps really need to learn from other streaming apps on the market where you have the option to save movies to your watch list and save where you left off. Also, please have tvb anywhere + with English subtitles so there is option for subscribers who hates adds.

None of the video has sound
Good but awful ads
I like that I can watch Cantonese shows to keep my Chinese up. However the ads lately have been trash with a bunch of rap songs with lots of foul language which has me baffled at why here in this app and what exactly is the purpose of the ad. Then on top of that, you can’t skip the ad because it just relays 10 more times. It’s become very frustrating. I’d gladly pay for a ad free version with all the TVB shows I can watch.

Decent, missing a few updates

The shows are good, translation is good. The commercials have been awful and irrelevant lately. I come to this app to listen to Cantonese, not rap. Then on top of that, you skip the commercial for it all to repeat ten more times before the show plays again.
Says English subtitles but no there aren’t any subtitles//😂😂

This app only works on Roku but not phones. Disappointing. The sorting feature can definitely improve.

Also there’re able to watch if do who doesn’t care there too many ads. By the app opening / shows beginning / and some time middle of the show pops up as loading as unnecessary.
Actually. We totally understand that the ads make the main source of income to the app. But really way too much. Making people who using the app very inconvenient.

It could be a better
No sound
Experiencing no sound when video is playing; uninstalled App and reinstalled; still no sound. Tried on multiple different episodes, still no change. Any help is much appreciated.

Has sound and works in Canada
I live in Canada and the app works well. There’s one ad that starts when I open the app, and then there are ads around every 10-15 mins as I watch the episodes
No audio
Whenever I open the app to watch a show, there is no audio that plays from it. When I open other apps to play the audio, there is sound come that comes out but not when I open this app.
No sound
This app, along with any other TVB Anywhere version, has no sound. Not the shows and not the ads. No sound whatsoever.
Doesn’t seem to work in Canada
Despite the app saying “North America”, I keep getting an error message saying that I’m not in the correct region.
Volume
No volume when playing on the app. I have to wear headset for volume. Needs to be fixed.
