Worst Streaming App Ever
This app basically doesn’t function well as a basic streaming app. The search tool can’t function at all. There’s no rewind and move forward function in the player. But they charge $19.99 usd per month.
Updated version not easy to browse
Hope there are more old dramas in the app, each file should have the number of the title, it’s hard to depend on last continuous watch

terrible user experience. Please see how any other streaming service works. No need to reinvent the wheel.

Mostly Worse than Before
Its better where i can see what episode i am watching. Everything sucks and is worst. iOS you took away the ability to have pip. It was there before. On Apple TV the app is so freaking glitchy and on iOS. I feel like Im using a beta.
Please go back to old format
he new version of this app is working terribly. It only functions for a couple of days before the video player stops loading — leaving only the sound. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app at least ten times, but the issue keeps coming back.
I reached out to technical support, and while they seemed helpful at first, their responses quickly turned repetitive (“are you using the latest update?” — yes, I have no choice since I keep reinstalling it). Now, they’ve completely stopped replying.
I never had any problems with the old format, and this new one has been nothing but frustrating. Please bring back the previous version or fix these issues properly!

Subscription Disappears?
Purchased a $249.99 annual subscription for my mother and first 3 months the subscription was still on our account but after that it’s gone from my account. I contacted help and tried calling, waiting many hours. No one helped. Horrible streaming service.

Revert back to old layout
This new update layout has ruined my experience with TVB. Each episode starts and just skips to the end so you miss the whole episode. The only way to watch each episode is to pause right away and press watch from the beginning. I have to do this every episode. This is the most annoying app ever. It’s turn into garbage. Let’s just revert back to the old layout. Otherwise I will. It spend another penny.

July 2025 update is a huge disappointment
It was a nice app until the latest update. Now is full of bugs, especially on the iPad, as if the program is written by a 5-year old.
It just doesn’t work after the last update
The casting function never works. I can sometimes hear the audio but can’t see anything. uninstall and reinstall couple times, not helping. The latest update has bugs that need to be fixed. I can’t believe I need to delete and reinstall the app every time I use it!!! [update: Sept 13, 2025] The problems still continue after the minor update 1-2weeks ago! If the problems continue, I think they need to roll back to the previous version.

Worse app is an understatement
If I can give negative star this one deserve it. Using it on Apple TV hardly works. Long delay and infinite wait. I have 3GB connect can stream 3 4K content simultaneously and this app just doesn’t handle anything. If this keep going like this, I’ll will no longer subscribe to its monthly subscription.

No English subtitles!!!
I signed up for TVB+ because TVB EN won’t remember where I left off watching shows. But when I signed up got TVB+ there is no support for English subtitles.

New app is bad
After updating to the new app on Apple TV, my favourite list and profile is gone. Have to do everything again. Also the app is very laggy and the resuming function not working properly. Keep giving me the wrong episode and also once you resume on one episode, when that episode finish the next one will me playing at that same time not at the beginning episode and lastly after you played 3 episode it will just stop and go in black screen and have to manually keep playing…. The old app was working perfect. The updated app is a disaster…please fix asap

New app sucks
I can hear the sound but no videos. Chromecast stopped working in this new app. Overall, the new app experience sucks. I want a refund.

Wt- happened?
The latest update is terrible. It’s unusable. All watchlists have been removed, controls for navigation are not working, and some videos won’t play. Revert to the old version ASAP. I can’t believe I payed for the whole year only to have this trash.
Great before Jul 31 update
The app no longer supports Picture in Picture viewing, nor play audio when phone is locked. The old interface allowed for you to skip ahead or back by 10 seconds and to skip to next episodes from the active window; you can still jump back 10s now but to move ahead you need to scroll manually and, to switch episodes, you need to go back to the main screen for the show.
