Card Shut Down
My card was shut down after I made a payment arrangement to pay my overdue balance on my car loan. No one notified me that the card was shut off because of the loan not being current. Which is fine, I get it. But it is extremely dangerous for someone to be out driving or needing cash for an emergency and there is no notice from the bank that the card is frozen. Please fix this by notifying people of what’s going on on you guy’s end of things.
