The best banking app. It’s easy to use, and I can quickly check my transactions without any hassle. Paying bills is simple, and mobile deposits are quick and convenient. I also like that my loan is right there with my other accounts, so I don’t have to go searching for it.

Put a stack of 500 in 20 dollar bills and the atm mis counted shorted me 80 and the bank counted and said they machine ‘Skynet” was right and I was wrong
So I lost 80 bucks to the system

You desperately need to fix this app, it rarely opens properly and I have to delete and download again all the time and it still doesn’t fix the problem

Love TVFCU HATE the app
They don’t notify me like I ask when changes are made to my accounts even when notifications are on. They have a glitch where I changed the names on my account details, and it DISAPPEARED! I did this multiple times. ANNOYED! Frustrated! Don’t you pay your tech guys enough??? Fix it!
This bank
This bank has done me right like previously wasn’t happening at other banks. The app works great and I’ve never had a lag between transfers. Also in person they have a great set up that for a lot you don’t even need staff to help you and when you do they have been extravagantly polite and helpful
