Good app

Been using it for a few years now. There are glitches sometimes with the sound not matching the video on recorded shows but that’s not too frequent.

The big thing preventing a 5 star review is lack of subtitles. Even if the show is broadcast with them, there’s no way to turn them on in TVMucho

Nothing works. Waste of money.

Signed up for a paid month but nothing works. All I receive is that I'm either out of the satellite footprint or that I can't access or record content in my region. Wish I'd known that before I wasted my money.

To glitchy

Would be great app if it didn’t keep having problems recently, second time this week I’ve had problems, if I pay for something then I expect it to work, so give me a call when you sorted this mess out and I’ll come back to yah!

Love this app so much really enjoy British tv. I only wish we could get BBC Channels they have some great shows I would love to see. But I m happy so far. Thank you for providing this for us.

The only app I use for TV viewing

This has been the best app for viewing British t.v., and the only app I use. They have problems from time to time, but are on top of the issues right away, and get them fixed. Customer service always responds, is always polite and helpful. I would recommend tvmucho to anyone that loves British tv.

Required viewing…

TVMucho has become part of my regular viewing routine. While I have never visited the UK, I had become familiar with some of the TV shows some years back with another app that has long since gone. TVMucho goes far beyond that other app by providing access to a great deal of channels, and the ability to record programs for later viewing… and also works with AirPlay, so I can still cast the shows to my AppleTV for an even greater viewing experience.

Watching shows like “The Chase”, “Qi”, “The Last Leg”, “Countdown”, and many others is my way of relaxing, learning, thinking, and laughing… sometimes all at the same time.

I grew up listening to shortwave radio, and have always appreciated listening to news and entertainment from other perspectives. I continue to do that here.

Doesn’t work for me

I tried it (and actually started a trial) a few months ago. Each channel I attempted to access, I’d get ‘Your screen is located outside the satellite footprint.‘ Tried it again recently and same issue.

Horrible app!

Awful app with a bad design, slow servers, crashes every single day, ignorant customer support and just overall weak performance. Definitely not worth your money!

Normally would recommend

I pay for this service, not free, and it’s down now with the one who I pay to watch. Very, very unhappy.

App crashes around 4 pm ET in the US

App crashes way too many times. Please fix this issue

Great Service

Signed up for the service about a year ago but had lots of bugs and limitations. Just came back on to try it again for live UK TV and it is massively improved. The streaming quality has improved massively with virtually no lag or buffering, and it’s much easier to use and stream on your TV. Very pleased.

Fix bbc news

Love this but can you please fix bbc news it’s blocked and I can’t watch

This app is amazing we moved from the UK to Massachusetts 7 years ago and only see uk tv when we visit.
This app allows us to watch uk tv at anytime.
We are going to upgrade to the family plan so we can all watch our own favorites.

Always fails to connect

Every day I try to use the app around 4pm est for ITV2. App will always load in slowly, sign me out even though I’ve choose Remember Me, think I’m signed in on other devices, fail to show channels, take ages to play a stream despite solid internet connection for other video services.

Best I’ve seen.

Great way to watch U.K. tv from abroad. Makes you feel right at home with all the local channels and the quality of the streaming. I’m impressed.

Just what I need

I know it has a few faults but it’s my favorite app.
Living away from home has been hard and not seeing my country and family since the COVID .
Just able to see the news and a few local programs means a lot and it made it easy for me . Thank you

Paid but can't access

Would be great if I could get into the app. Got in the first week I had it and now it's been 2 weeks and I still can't get in. Very disappointed that I paid for a month and got less than a week.
