Refund never received after cancellation
Refund never received after cancellation. Phoned them twice both saying it takes 48 hours and it’s been longer than that. Also a taxi payment system should have a way faster refund process. Nonetheless, refund never came through, I feel scammed

Doesn’t take card
I entered my card info after booking my taxi and he was unable to use it to pay for the ride once I got home. We had to go to the cash point. Thought the point of the app was so I could pay from my card directly and make things easier

My address isn’t even in the app
Good firm, terrible app
The address book they use is very outdated and it seems you have to know the actual post code, which makes it very difficult adding destinations.
