التعامل جداً سيء والورد دايم قديم وابيت واكثر من مره يكررون هالتصرف بالمختصر ما انصح احد يتعامل معاهم يفشلونكم
Poorly designed app
Very bad performance, low quality and not user friendly app also slow product loading time. Try adding to cart then you get surprised nothing was added, then u have to spend the same amount of time for the products to load. Also delivery and scheduling is chosen on product page not checkout, u have to repeat the process every time for each item. They really need a tech expert to work on design & costumer experience. Their flowers are good though I’m a regular, but as soon as I find a better app im switching !
