無法打開保單....請改善...

同一份保單的pdf，下載完分享到「這個應用程式app」，只能獲得這個結果：
點開、輸密碼、等待Loading圈圈、獲得「一片空白」.....不死心再一次......不斷獲得同個結果。

而同一個檔案，分享到「其他用來做筆記的app」，反而一下就存進去、可以正常開啟及瀏覽。......相比之下，這個專門做保單的app，卻連基本的開啟都做不到？！這是怎麼了？

可以理解想要響應環保的巧思，不論是簡訊/電子帳單/這份電子保單，但，
客戶花錢買保單，業務也認真的提供服務，
這些東西最後卻是集中到這麼『弱/無』功能、陽春介面的程式，
難道不覺得對保險公司以及對應用程式的經營維護者來說，都是『負面反饋』嗎？

......是否能協助改善到「至少能開啟並正常瀏覽保單」？連這個訴求都達不到，我不確定這個app存在的價值是什麼？
