App doesn’t work properly
I’m already a member of Tweed Coolangatta Taxi service have the App on my iPhone every time I tap the app it takes anywhere from five minutes to twenty minutes just to get to the login sign in page I go to login takes anywhere from five minutes to twenty minutes for it to do anything when it finally does something it tells me the app is busy. Please try again later, so I tried to signing instead same thing happened all because 13 CABS numbers ( 13 2227 ) took over Tweed Coolangatta Taxi Service number ( 13 3422 ) call this number and you get redirected to ( 13 2227 ) that’s 13 CABS to make your booking for Tweed Coolangatta Taxi Services, ever since 13 CABS took over Nothing been working properly App wise, so I’ve had to now call Tweed Coolangatta Taxi Service on there number ( 13 3422 ) just to be redirected to ( 13 2227 ) 13CABS to make a booking over the phone for Tweed Coolangatta Taxi service, the App needs to be fixed or a major overhaul needs to be done!!!

No longer work.
I used to rely on this app daily for months. Now it either won’t let me sign in or it doesn’t even load. So unfortunate.
App is slow
App takes forever to load. Very frustrating. Trying to sign up and took a few minutes to get to the log in/ sign up page and then it takes another few minutes to let you enter information.

Booked early pick up for airport. No show. If it’s app - fix it. If it’s the company - this is why Uber exists
