I have an active premium subscription but Tweencraft is not working properly on iPhone. The app keeps loading and premium features are not opening. Please fix this issue

TERRIBLE!!!!!
This is sooo bad how to you even ANIMATE?! Anyone who is going to get this DON’T! Also a lot of thing NEED MONEY! If you are looking for an animation app get Flipaclip I have been using it for years and it is good! But Tweencraft is TERRIBLE!!! This app is sooo confusing!
It’s crashing from the very first moment
The UI and functionalities are very simple and easy to use. But the performance is really bad. I am now waiting for the application to open after purchasing the premium subscription. It’s being 10 minutes, looks like it crashes.

Pague un mes del pro y empezó a cerrarme la app cuando estoy editando, tengo todo el día queriendo entrar y al momento de seleccionar los personajes se cierra, ya desinstale y la volví a instalar y me dejo solo hacer un video y de nuevo comenzó hacer lo mismo, solucionen esto por favor, que chiste de pagar algo que no puedo sacarle el provecho

Let me explain so I go in the game to play it I thought it was gonna be fun it was really easy when I started animating for hours and finally made a cartoon that was like 10 minutes long then when I got off for a break and closed the app out after a few minutes I got back on it was just stuck on the loading screen like bro

I gave this four stars because you only get a bout of a quarter of the app. For everything else you have to pay money it is very annoying. I just want to make a little animation. I don’t want to pay.

When I try publishing a video after I made my account it freeze my device then when it stopped freezing my device it wouldn’t publish and it wouldn’t work anymore that’s why I do not recommend
Not loading
Start up from main screen does not load have to uninstall everytime then re-install! Paid money to buy app as well! Annoying
