Search function doesn’t work neither does navigation, at this point the paper maps are better
Off-site map, please.
I just wanted to see a map of the mall so I could figure out where I wanted to park. The map on the website is garbage so I tried the app but I have to be inside the mall for the map to work. Why does this have to be so complicated?

Hi Tony, we are sorry for the frustrating experience, we will be launching a new website map this spring and updating the app shortly with the ability to view the map from any location. We hope you will visit again.

Solid mall app
Helpful to get around twelve oaks. Map is mostly easy to understand and navigate.
Worst App Ever
Even with Bluetooth on, won't recognize you in the mall. Location of stores on the map are incorrect. Pretty worthless.

Glad we are now able to respond to reviews and share with you a thanks for your feedback, we have listened to users and recently released a new version of the app where you can skip registration or leverage a social account to sign in. The app design has also been updated to include search on the main screen and store names on the map.
