Twende Rides & Deliveries

Twende is a Tanzanian app for rides, deliveries and orders. Book a boda, bajaji or taxi in minutes, see the full fare before you confirm, and pay cash or cashless (Mobile Money or Bank). HOW IT WORKS 1. Open Twende and enter where you want to go. 2. Choose a boda, bajaji or taxi. The price shows straight away. 3. A nearby driver comes to you, and you follow them on the map. 4. Pay at the end, cash or cashless (Mobile Money or Bank). THE FARE YOU SEE IS THE FARE YOU PAY Twende shows you the full fare before you book. The price does not change unless you change your destination during the trip. SCHEDULE A RIDE Travelling early in the morning, or going to the airport? Schedule your ride for the day and time you want, and a driver will be there. eGUTA, DAR ES SALAAM Have goods at Kariakoo or in town? Twende has electric eGuta carts. DELIVERIES OF ALL KINDS Water by truck (bowser), food, shopping, cooking gas, small parcels, and heavy loads such as sand and gravel by truck. Electric eGuta carts for goods around Kariakoo and town.
