Click & Collect Click & Collect is designed to save you time. Choose the outlet you want to order from, browse and modify your products, choose a time to collect, checkout and track the status of your order. P.s. you'll get a notification when its ready to collect. Scan & Go This feature allows you to scan the barcode of any pre-packaged product, such as a sandwich or canned drink, add it to your cart and checkout without the need to visit a till point or self-checkout kiosk. Digital Loyalty Forget paper loyalty cards. Each time you order via Click & Collect you will automatically earn a loyalty stamp, regardless of which coffee destination you visit. If ordering in-person, simply scan your app at the till point to collect your stamp . Feedback After each purchase you'll have the opportunity to review your experience with a star rating and comment field., just like Uber! This will help our teams improve and provide you with a more bespoke service in the future. Vouchers & Promotions We are constantly be adding exciting new promotions to the voucher section which you can redeem using Click & Collect, Scan & Go or by scanning your app at a till point or self-service kiosk.
