Not user friendly
When you look at a house after scrolling it takes you back to start instead of where you were, save feature does not work either, when you click on heart it takes you to another page and there is nothing
Endless frustration
They force you to use this app and then the app isn’t great at all. You can’t even get the WiFi details without the app and it’s painful to find anything and you get stuck in endless login loops. You can’t even use the TV without it. Just put it on the fridge and be done with it.
It was so frustrating that I actually took the time to go back in the App Store and write this review. That’s how frustrating it is.

Searching is Impossible
I love renting from Twiddy, but the searching feature of this “app” is terrible. There is no way to return to your general search results after looking at the details of a single result.
It’s just the website now
The functionality of the app is gone. Now it is just a mobile version of the website? When is the actual app coming back??
Not bad, but really needs some improvements..
I love Twiddy! But as I was searching on the app, found it a little hard to use. Really needs a back button or arrow. As I was searching for homes, I’d save one to my trip wish list, but had to start my search over each time instead of being able to go back to the list.
Pictures and details are nice, just needs some improvements to make searching easier.

It’s just the website now
The functionality of the app is gone. Now it is just a mobile version of the website? When is the actual app coming back??
New update missing countdown
New update is missing the countdown when you open app, makes you log in each time and won’t use face recognition.
Why?
Basically unusable. After multiple attempts I was finally able to log in. After logging in I was able to see my account, but my upcoming trip didn’t display. Even if it worked perfectly, what value would an app provide over just using the website? Just use the website.
Somewhat useful but missing details
About half of the embedded links in a reservation do not work including simple things such as “view listing”. Seems like the app has trouble with things not specific to the actual specific reservation.

This app is slow, and closes when you leave the page for another screen.

We loved the location , just a short walk to the ocean and the sound to beautiful sunsets. The house was clean and kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. We will certainly return to this house someday for another great vacation.
View Lease details not working
When I try to use the app to view my full lease details I get an error page
Can’t Log into Account
Like another reviewer, tried logging to my account with same username and password that works on the site. It asks for email, confirm zip code, then ask for password and confirm password. Then error comes up saying password hasn’t changed and it won’t let me log in.
Can’t log in to my account
I reserved a vacation rental through Twiddy. Thought the app would be great. I downloaded the app, it said login using email and password from the website ..so I did. Won’t accept my password. Tried several times. YES, I am using the correct email and password! I went to the website, and my email and password work just fine there. ????

No search feature
I downloaded this so I could easily search for rentals on a mobile platform (was expecting something similar to Zillow), but it doesn’t actually have a search feature. The “Browse Rentals” button redirects you to the website.
Crashes constantly
This app needs a lot of help, it crashes constantly. And whenever I try to submit a maintenance request, it just logs me out completely! Usless!

New version is pretty slick
I like the newer version! Big upgrade. Easy to manage my reservation. I also love that you can add friends and share photos and videos in the app! Great job Twiddy
The new app rocks!
This app made vacation easy! I was able to share my reservation with everyone in the house and we were all able to share our photos right from the app. It was great to be able to check our WiFi password right within the app along with getting a notification that our house was ready! Another addition that sets Twiddy's hospitality apart from all the rest!
