Fun but not challenging

The scenarios aren’t challenging or balanced, and I don’t just mean winning New Orleans as the Brits, which is impossible if the Americans shoot back even passively. If you’ve played this game system before, once through playing each side and you’re done.

It’s a HexWar Game

Does the AI cheat? Does it fudge the numbers in its own favor, to a ridiculous extent? ABSOLUTELY!! However, these things will not be new to you if you’ve ever played a HexWar game. Still fun.
