Need to update

I am unable to delete my old orders, the app doesn’t allow me to access the deletion. I want to put in a new order. Plus on the app when getting delivery should have the person scan the ID card, most of the delivery drivers they can’t because of bad signal. Then is as a custom we provide the Wi-Fi information.
