Brilliant 🤩 app

Twin is a good app to learn and do challenges it’s kinda like a little tick-tock and I only got this today but I have 79 followers one thing they need to change is premium 💰 pay because it is £69.00p

Great App for Fun Learning!

There’s a bunch of fun things to do and learn about in this app. I really enjoy the DIY projects (Challenges) they have - it is a great way for kids to learn and create and provides the family an opportunity to get together and have fun. Besides that, the kids love challenging other kids on the app to trivia and winning coins. Another great things is that everyone on the app can create profiles and interact and share what they learned. And since everything is moderated and centered around fun learning, I have no worries about letting kids play on Twin in their free time.

Don’t do trial

I intended to try the app (before potentially buying it) and immediately cancelled subscription well within the 7 day trial period - without any effect and being forced into a one year subscription costing 71,99… if that’s how you do business, then I rather go for other apps in the market.

Great concept but Horrible app poorly executed

Wanted to try the seven day trial, instead I was immediately charged the 75 dollar yearly fee. Despite the charge I do not have access to all of the “adventure challenges”

Refund please. I did not approve the fee, I only approved the seven day trial. I am still in the seven day trial period. Thank you

Dear Zebra893, Thank you for informing us. Firstly, you made an in-app purchase. So only you can cancel your subscription. Here are the needed steps: 1- Open the Settings app. 2- Tap your name. 3- Tap Subscriptions. 4- Tap the subscription that you want to manage. 5- Tap Cancel Subscription. (Or if you want to cancel Apple One but keep some subscriptions, tap Choose Individual Services.) If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is already cancelled and won’t renew. I hope I could help.
