I can’t even use the app it just tells me there is a delay it never works but their internet is really good

Current user and the app is awful have to have a 2nd app just to do online bill pay then half the time when using the app it says something like unable to connect. Make sure app is up to date. If I had really any other option I’d go with that but in my area this is all I have

You cannot pay your bill on the app and the functionality of the entire app is not user friendly at all it needs a major update

The App is beyond lacking options or a full functionality "if you can connect". There is no dark theme for sight impaired, you cannot rename connected network items that are unidentified devices; they won't allow you to change your own login password, only offer a secondary passcode. Did you want to use a VPN... not here - they lock you out of your own WiFi if you do. I must have secured transactions dealing with medical records & govt billing... so a VPN is mandatory in my profession & don't bother with calling customer service to troubleshoot they are useless & refer you to a brochure... the WiFi goes down always after hours. They don't have online tutorials & the tech support is only if your router or WiFi is down, you cannot access your router settings. If the WiFi goes down... you can call & leave a msg. If you work from home this is not the Wifi for you or App they should put some effort into! The customers deserve better & thankfully TwinValley isn't the only service here.
