Unable to hear sounds in phonics
Unable to hear sounds for the words in phase 5

I really liked the idea of this app however it does not work properly. Questions are marked wrong when they are right, also questions don’t have the correct drag and drop answers. Such a shame!

Tends to crash during specific activities. Otherwise brilliant for rotations
Fix sound
I love this app and use it daily but please fix the sound. It is a real problem for my kids. It's slow and doesn't match the actions on the screen. Thanks

Hi FYWhales, thanks for your feedback, have you had chance to try our updated version of the app, it's had a few changes since 2017 :) We've got some excellent other apps on offer too now!
No sound
Tried two iPads but can't hear any sounds on either of them
Good, but...
Good but sound kept repeating over again even if the exit the activity.
Awesome Customer Service
I purchased this app after getting a recommendation from my sons teacher. After reading the other two reviews about bugs I went ahead and bought it on my iPad Pro and as warned I too had loads of bugs. BUT the customer support to rectify my issues were AMAZING, without doubt the best customer support I've received from any business.
If it gets the endorsement from schools and has this support I can see this app going far!

I found a few glitches as well, however Twinkl responded very quickly, and the issues seem to be resolved now.

Would be great - if it worked
Very glitchy, freezes frequently, gives incorrect answers (congratulated son for guessing 'map' and 'rake' rhymed, said he was wrong when he guessed 'log' and 'dog' rhymed). A waste of money unfortunately.
Letter sounds keep playing over each other
The letter sounds keep playing constantly over each other. It must be a bug

Set vertically at present so unusable on my iPad. Disappointing .
Good app
In phase 5 the alternatives for (ur) as in burger are mixed up. The ir er and ear the correct words are not paired with the correct picture.

If you want ALL that's available...
Buy each of the individual phases. I bought this suite but then actually bought all the individual phases anyway, because despite this app's description, the suite does not include ALL of the features that are included in each individual phase package (there are additional activities etc in the phase packages - eg for Phase 1 - in the suite there are 4 menu items whilst in the individual package there are 8). Still a good suite, but if you want EVERYTHING available I'd recommend buying each individual phase.

Quite a good app. Nice features and colours. But...it's not interactive enough. Too much activities just listening. My little boy has quickly become bored.
No longer supporting original iPad
I bought and paid for your full phonics app last year (£5.99). I am very disappointed to find out I can no longer use it because I have an original iPad and you will not be supporting those with the original iPad. Will you be refunding those who can not longer use it? As previously a student and now an NQT relying on supply work, this is a lot of money wasted.
