Waste of money

Down loaded this for my baby grand daughter and no matter how I try there is no sound and no instruction how I can get sound.... I am very disappointed

Many Apologize! Are you using iphone or Android? It would help if you could please let me know the phone model. Also, please turn on the volume of your phone and make sure it is not on Silent (specially for iphone, need to switch off the silent toggle on your phone).
