Do not purchase
I paid for the monthly subscription of $14.99 on 8/21/21, submitted my photos the same day, and still haven’t received any photos as of 9/15/21. I emailed customer service about a few days after the app purchase and no response.
Luckily I found the app Fiverr that will do the same service for $5 and will send you your photos within 24 hours.

Not impressed
I paid $15 to give this app a chance and I wasn’t impressed. The first photo I ordered looked okay (not great, but acceptable) so I went ahead and ordered the $15 subscription. I was thoroughly disappointed with the rest of the photos I ordered. My baby has blonde hair, yet many of the photos have brown hair and there is no option to fix that. So the photos that have hair already added in under the bonnets look nothing like him. I did not realize when looking at the backdrop options that the brown hair was part of the backdrop and it could not be changed or taken out. I expected that the photos would reflect what he looks like and they don’t look like him at all. I even tried making several different profiles of his photos with different lighting and changing up the angles hoping that it would make the photos better and it didn’t help. Waste of money.
