New app has fewer features.
Was forced to create an account and install the new pro version of their app. Lost all my templates and can no longer download premade templates. Will not be buying any more of their products and will be using a different brand.
BEWARE of removed feature!
I purchased Twinkly Pro products a few years ago and loved the look and versatility. Discovered that they removed the Pro products from the original Twinkly app and created this one. It is IDENTICAL to the original with a glaring exception - They no longer allow access to the site to download additional patterns! You can still do this on the original app, which was a selling point for me before I spent THOUSANDS on their product. They claim Professionals will want to create their own patterns, which we had the CHOICE of doing before, and now are FORCED to do so. I frequently would start with their pattern and modify it to my needs, saving countless hours of work. I’ve complained about this to my dealer and to the company with No response. I can’t figure why they made this choice, but I probably would not spend the $$ today without the additional patterns available.

Terrible Terrible
Cannot connect, instructions are using the previous app, got wifi hooked up, will NOat connect. Why cant these be a blue tooth device, just a waste.
So many issues
Had twinkly for 2 years for a commercial install. Had nothing but issues with the app. Now with the pro it’s even worse. They lost all data for my installs and to apply any lighting effect it take 5 times or more to take affect… major bugs and not cool twinkly they don’t even have a phone number…
