Staff should definitely be trained on the app. I walked into Twisted Root Burger Co for the 1st time and inquired regarding the app. I was informed by staff “we don’t anything about the app, sorry” “we don’t know how to use it, how it works or how to you would go about receiving the discount fries”. So I proceeded to order and just pay for the disco fries since no guidance could be provided. Then I decided to figure how to download, order and redeem the disco fries reward. I spent a ridiculous amount of time just trying to place an order with no assistance from the onsite cashier. Thank you Jesus for patience.Staff should definitely be trained on the app!
