I love the challenge of untangling the ropes, but being on a timer ruined it for me.
Nice puzzle game, but one major issue
I like this game because it’s more relaxing compared to other games that I have, but there’s one major bug that (excuse my language) pisses me off. If you complete a level and an ad pops up and you don’t watch the whole thing, the game doesn’t count that level in the kitty race progress. This has happened way too many times for me to simply brush it off like it’s nothing. My phone has downtime on certain websites, and because of that, it won’t let me play ads that come from said sites. Meaning I have to go to the Home Screen on my phone, swipe away the twisted tangle tab, go back into it, then do the next level. Would have 100% been 5 stars, but this stupid glitch ruins that chance…

Ads telling me my phone was infected and I needed to take action to stop this. Got rid of it
Great game, when it works…
I have been playing this game for the last couple years and enjoyed it however, customer support is not helpful. I bought a Golden Ticket ($9.99) a couple months ago and never got it. I complained and got nothing. I have been locked out by an apology banner that I cannot remove and thus cannot play the game ever since the “upgrade” ( downgrade??) a few weeks ago.
Customer service sucks. I’m about to delete the game. I’m sure I can find something comparable but I’m having to forfeit 7500* points and several tools.

Timed!
They claim there’s no timer, but there is, right from the start! No thanks!
Give us the option to play without a timer
I would prefer to be able to put the game down & come back it when I can. Also, the game works against you & when you’re about to time out but you could still solve it, the ropes WONT allow you to move them. It happens too often to not be the developer preventing you from moving to the next level.

I absolutely love this game, a bit insensitive to touch sometimes but manageable,
The big bugbear is TOO many LONG ads. To take the lower reward very, very occasionally lets you onto the next board without an ad but on the whole I just lose patience waiting for the game to restart and so I close it.
I get that it needs to make money, but do you really have to have so many?

No response from support
Could be a really great game if it always worked. It has been frozen on my iPhone for days. I have contacted support repeatedly. I’m at level 864. I don’t want to delete and start over. I see it was updated for Android about the same time I started having problems. I cannot find a way to update it for iOS or a way to unfreeze it. I will update this review when the problem is fixed and/or I hear from support.

I enjoyed this game but the timer kills it for me. I am an older person and simply can not move fast enough. So I deleted it. Bummer !!

Lies in ads
I played this game awhile back and quit bc I hated the timer. The other day I saw an ad for it advertising “no timer” so I was like oh! I’ll redownload it! Well, it took me right back to the level that made me quit- bc it has a timer. Deleted again.
Designed to frustrate
I now experience frustration far more often than fun. Not sure if it is a programming issue or some on purpose - but the nodes slip while being moved, they slide underneath other ropes when being lifted over the top and more. Moving a node by one space take over five attempts. Blatantly wasting the timer. It frustrates me enough to uninstall after getting through 525+ levels
