What a joke
This is more about the convention than the app. What a waste of time and money. Poorly organized, poor communication with attendees, and inconsistent policies regarding access. Also, I was unable to find anyone that actually worked for Twitch; everyone here worked for third parties, making it impossible to contact anyone that can actually answer questions. I hope this review finds someone somewhere so no one else has to waste so much time and money on a horribly organized experience

Helpful app, but very buggy
Every time I try to log in to my account to view attendees, etc., the app tells me to check my email to get a security code. When I check my email the code isn't there and I have to resend the code. Once I enter the code into the mobile app, it looks like it is going to log me in but it says: "Unable to log in" or "Something went wrong". This is really frustrating because TwitchCon is in less than a week.

Does not login
I have uninstalled multiple times and it’s the same thing. As soon as I get past the terms and conditions page it takes you to a search page where you literally cannot do anything. I really hope this doesn’t presume from being able to meet certain streamers, which is the only reason I am going to!

Wouldn’t let me login to my twitch account. Told me it didn’t exist even though I purchased tickets for the event with that account and now I only get a search bar with nothing. Even after deleting and redownloading the app
Can’t log in
Open the app and it doesn’t even give me the option to log in. It just says no public events and has no menu or options. Other people I know that are going to the con can’t get it to work either.
Won't work
Now u can't log into the app at all and even if you do it's WAAAY to easy to misclick and have to start all over again, so I can't even get tickets to a meet and greet I've been wanting to do for months

Not letting me sign in
I’m trying to connect my twitch account to this app, but it keeps saying invalid credentials. I even changed my password and it’s still saying invalid
Error messages no way to report a problem
Can’t book any meet and greets keep getting an error message but my friends can book fine, no way to contact anyone for help so I’ll just need to watch while all my friends get to attend meet and greets while I can’t thanks to the app.
M+G unavailable
I’ve been trying to book any of the meet and greets since it became available and the app keeps glitching. It’s updates to the most recent update it can be and I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading as well as restarting my phone and nothing is working :(

FreakVR Intial thoughts
Hi, this is FreakVR, Twitch’s only VR ninja! This is not a review because all I’ve done so far is pick up my badge, but my initial thoughts about my very first twitch con is that I am super excited and everyone here has been extremely helpful, friendly and I feel that the community is very accepting of rubber chickens! I’ll be happy to share more thoughts as I enjoy the next three days!Hoping to see a lot of virtual reality representation!

Good App
A great improvement on last years app but I don’t know why you didn’t keep the message board! I loved that feature last year and I met so many great broadcasters because of it. I hope you’ll bring it back for 2019!
