We provide the people around the world with an opportunity to register in our website as Muwakkel
(user who wants do umara or hajj for) and choose a Wakeel (Registered Agent). Muwakkel can authorize a Wakeel to perform Umra or Hajj and Wakeel accepts and starts performing that. The people inside KSA can register as Wakeel. They can define their availability and commitment in their dashboard and accept orders made from Muwakkel users accordingly. Twkiel.com is enhanced with adding live videos of doing umra activities and updating each activity instantly so the Muwakkel is able to view the update timely.
