I can open the app but I can’t use it every time it says there is a delay please try later and it’s been like this for a month now

Anything I try to do the wheel just sits there and spins. App reboots, kicks you out and makes you sign back in. When signing in it will say you don’t have an account, then sign you in.

You can never count on this app to actually work and connect when you need it to. Super frustrating.
No cable service signal.
I have only had this cable service a couple of months. I’m now having extreme difficulty and getting connected to the web. What is this service? I thought I would be getting better cable service than this. At the present time I’m still without Internet connectivity. Very very very disappointing.
