Issue with payment
The products are good, but the payment experience with CRED was frustrating. I tried several times, but it kept loading and never completed the payment. After wasting a lot of time, I switched to PhonePe, and it worked instantly. Please fix the CRED payment gateway.
Quality products from two brothers
We get good products from two brothers in good hygienic packaging. Of course a bit costlier but good things come at good prices!
Worst app
The app crash soo much soo that you cannot made shopping smoothly. You cannot zoom to see the details in the bottle. It crash every time. I also purchased membership and it dint show in the account. It always ask to purchase. The membership benefit is also not there in cost. Also customer survive is not good. Very late response.
I hope this feedback reach to the founders. So instead of advertising mad wasting money, they fix their app.

Disappointed with no proper customer service
I’ve been using this app for a year and truly appreciate the quality of its products. But recently, I accidentally placed the same order twice, each worth ₹5,000, and immediately tried to cancel one. To my surprise, there was no cancellation option at all. WhatsApp support couldn’t process my request, and the helpline didn’t respond. Later, I was told both orders had already been dispatched. It’s unacceptable and disappointing that an app offering such great products provides no basic customer support or cancellation system. Am I genuinely expected to pay ₹10,000 simply because the app failed to offer a functioning cancellation feature?
