Annoyingly Effective, In the Best Way

This app is viral in my friend circle for a reason, and it’s positively annoying, in the best sense. The number of times it pushed me to take a walk at 10 or 11pm has genuinely improved my sleep. You get a little mad at it in the moment, but then you walk, and you feel calmer and better for it every time.

I also love the Leaders Circle. It’s genuinely motivating, and yes, the name is cool too. And the stats are a nice touch: average steps, how much more you’re walking since joining, and more.

Annoying at 10pm, worth it every time.

Always get my steps

This app definitely works. There have been multiple times where I didn’t want to go for a walk but went anyway, because the app told me I needed to get my steps. It is also forgiving and, as long as you are want to genuinely get steps, this will get you there
