Useless to me, otherwise absolutely awesome
I expected a lot of setup hassles but it installed super easy with no issues at all. Found my PC over WiFi automatically. Just tapped on it and my PC screen is there. Could not be any easier to install!
Unfortunately for me the screen aspect ratio on the iPad must match your monitor and my monitor doesn’t have one that plays well with my iPad so I have massive black bars above and below my window. Can’t blame them for my monitor’s resolution though, that is my bad luck. Would have loved a full screen option, though.
What really lets it down, though, is that they say to click you must tap the screen. In actual fact, the first tap shows the mouse pointer and the second tap actually behaves like a click. Forever double tapping to click but double clicking on a toggle counts as two clicks so first tap anywhere random then tap the toggle. That was super annoying... also, this is not what the guide says how it should work. Tap should be click and double tap should be double click...but it’s not the case :(

Wonderful Software
Look no farther for a windows extended monitor solution. This is a *great* app and works well on wifi or USB. I own them both. My Ipad Pro 12.9 works perfectly. Great resolution options (I like 1280x1024 on my 12.9 pro), great options for using ipad to make a nearly native touch solution for windows! Tremendous value and you can use an older Ipad 1 or 2 too.

Doesn't work....
I bought both Air and usb, both keep on crashing after a few seconds I can't figure this out :( just wasted $19 for nothing...

Simply didn't work. Showed what looks like both screens would look like, both crammed onto the iPad. Then the Chinese author suggests that you allow his software to create log files on both your laptop and iPad to send to him. Can you say identity theft?
It doesn't work
I have read the FAQ page, and nothing helps. When I try connecting, it just spins and waits forever. I have really fast Internet too, so I don't know what the problem is.
Works wonderfully
Definitely pleased with the product. It does what it claims and does it well. I was pleased with its ability to both mirror and extend displays and the user interface seems clean and well thought out. I rarely write reviews but I was thoroughly pleased with this app and the quality with which it was made that I felt like I had to add to the only other review. I would definitely recommend it to someone looking for this functionality.

An honest and much deserved PC => iPad review!!!
Note: I just purchased, downloaded, installed, and did a complete and thorough evaluation within 30 minutes and here it is...
Im a full-time med. student with very little extra time or money, so being a smart-consumer is a necessity.
First: As most competing apps. run roughly at about $10 United States Dollars, I started by doing my research. While only having the iPad 3 (the rest being PC laptops connected to private school/home networks), compatibility would obviously be my main consumer objective. After reading through countless reviews and sifting through some 15 or so other apps., I finally arrived at Twomon(Air).
What impressed me? In reading Twomon's reviews, as I had done with all others, I noticed 2 very significant and important qualities:
1. Actual responses to consumer reviews, and
2. a VERY consistent history from day 1 updates. So I purchased it!
Technical Review:
Within seconds it downloaded and installed on my iPad. Next, I was welcomed with clean and clear directions of 1-2-3, easy to understand step process. I went to the website (also clean and clear), downloaded the program onto my PC (larger file so took appropriate time), and installed it as well. Rebooted, and as already contained in the 1-2-3 step process, the PC and iPad communicated, and my evaluation began.
Without wasting anytime I bumped the iPad screen resolution up to 2000+ (I have never witnessed this possible even with high-end HDMI connected external monitors), and it worked. As stated in this reviews headline "honest," here is the truth:
(remember at 2000+ whopping resolution).
1. I opened a 56 page word document that was on my desktop, dragged it over (very little chop), but once in place, expanded, and noticed not one flaw or hesitation (FOR DEVELOPER: I had my bluetooth mouse running on PC so iPad bluetooth keyboard would not function. Turn off mouse, and keyboard worked fine!). Im not a fast typist as most, but key to screen letter response was virtually instantaneous (as it should be).
and 2. (here is where this app. provoked me to actually take the time to write an immediate review). I opened a two hour in length Youtube video, dragged it over, expanded it (and again honest), noticed a VERY TINY LITTLE SLIGHT LAG, but at 2000+ MAX RESOLUTION, I was totally blown away.
I hope this helps you in your consumer search. I wrote this review for two reasons:
1. I really appreciate them when attempting to spend my money wisely, and
2. Whoever is behind Twomon ( with the review responses, the consistent updates, most of all actually providing a product that functions "as advertised," and even better fro that matter), YOU DESERVED THIS POSITIVE REVIEW...

Buggy, beta software
This seems, at first glance, to be a great idea. Unfortunately, the software is too unreliable to be useful to me.
There's no English user manual on the website so, unless one reads and understands Korean, you're on your own. Trial and error is not the best way to learn the features of any app.
The most serious bug us the disappearing cursor on the iPad screen. This, obviously, makes the app unusable. There are also other problems with reliably connecting too the PC.
The price is excessive and the developer is trying to sell two marginally different versions for $8-$10 each!
My advice, don't waste your money!

I wish I could use multiple devices at once. A better connection. A Bluetooth keyboard had more control like windows button.Media player remote.Left the color scheme alone on pc. One more thing fit to screen. All that and this will be the only app that you will need to get your pc to your ios.

I bought this bc of the ratings. They show a MacBook in all of their pictures so I incorrectly assumed it worked on Mac. I guess this rating is really on the communication and no blatant PC only signs. No idea if the app is good or bad.
